Me too.. nice and easy 3km to 5km runs.. even better in the rain too

To me, that's what it's all about. Just getting out there and enjoying it. I'm thinking of doing the timed version of Ju-ju's magic plan (I'm three quarters of the way there for 5k anyway😂) but only to say I can do it. Give my a nice 30 minute plod any day of the week.
These are epic!! We deserve runs like this because we put the miles in. Keep going and enjoying 😊
