New shoes post!

I’m never too sure about posting shoe porn on such an august site as the Bridge but I’m assured it’s OK. So as some of you who read my earlier post will already know, I had an appointment at our local independent running shop this afty and am now the proud owner of a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS20s, in a natty shade of grey to match my lockdown hair and with a flash of pink to match my skin tone whenever I’m running! I’m looking forward to trying them out!

Happy running in them. Brooks are great and have served me well. I’ve had GTS17 and GTS19 shoes. I have 930 Km’s on my Brooks GTS19’s , need new shoes myself now.

Thank you Damien! I didn’t bother with my first pair but think I’ll add the new pair to my Garmin stats and track their progress!

Yes it’s great. I only use my Brooks Shoes for running and have them on my Garmin Connect App. So their mileage is logged. They recommend to change them at around 800 kilometres. Mine are still fine and comfortable at 930, but are starting to look a little tired now.
