I had a nice 5k run this morning. On Wednesday I'm doing a virtual Canada Day 5k! Can't wait. Thank you everyone for your awesome support! I'll be asking you questions after next week because next week I'm starting on the trails because I think I'm finished my consolidation so I have to find out what I do next after the trails
