Hi all on here and well done to all of you for reaching this far. After joining you by completing my W9R3 yesterday l know how hard it is! I'm feeling it a bit today but have already planned my next steps, which is an achievement in itself as I've never been one to plan to exercise, never mind run! Having not quite run the 5k in the 30 minutes my first goal is to plan a 5k route and complete that in whatever time a takes on my next run. The furthest I've managed so far is around 4.5k, (but this did include the 5m warm up walk). Is this over ambitious or should l consolidate first with a couple of further 30 minute runs?

Congratulations on completing c25k. Its advisable to continue to run the 30 minute runs 3x per week for a few weeks before moving on or upping your distance. Good luck 😊

Thanks Buddy34, ill consolidate with a few 30 minute runs in that case. Maybe just try and increase the pace slightly

Congratulations on graduating c25k. As @Buddy34 says spend some time consolidating which will build strength and stamina then slowly build to 5k by adding just 10% per week. Ju Ju's 10k plan will help to move you forward on a time to 60 minutes with 2 short and one slightly longer timed run each week, you could use the first few weeks of the plan to get you to 5k after your 30min consolidation. Happy running 🤗
