Woke up wanting to go on my third run of the week but I’m not liking the look of this weather 😩 thinking of sacking it off today and going tomorrow instead. It upsets my routine a bit but maybe it’s ok when there’s sunshine involved.
Glad I did the 5.5k on Friday this week so feel slightly less guilty than if I’d left it for today.
Might attempt 4 runs this coming week to make up for the lack of one today.

Raining here first thing but quite lightly. I had everything on my run - sunshine, showers and a lovely breeze! For me that's much better than lots of sunshine - it's going to be pretty hot later in the week and that is my least preferred running weather! I'm more of a muddy puddle-splasher me! 😂
It’s very changeable here. I now regret not going earlier but the grey skies weren’t very motivating 😅 I like to go quite early before it gets too hot so hopefully will be ok this coming week!
Oh dear, what bit of weather put you off? Too hot, cold, wet, windy. It's worth trying each type of weather at least once to see how you cope. Be careful to leave a day between each run for your 4 this week - I always run alternate days so 4 runs/3 runs, works great for me. Good luck and happy running 🤗
There were some ominous black clouds and I wasn’t really feeling it. I have run in most weathers now! But do like the sunshine best. Have really hated the recent strong winds! Yes I think I’ll do Mon / Wed / Fri / Sun mornings this coming week! 💪 now it’s in writing I have to right..
