How many post graduation 5k runs is recommended before progressing and should I stick to three a week.

Congratulations. Everyone is different, some never leave 5k others press on quickly. I did 2 weeks of 5k then straight onto ju Ju's plan. Good luck and happy running 🤗

Consolidation of 3 weeks x 3 30 min runs before increasing time or distance. There’s also a consolidation club on C25k forum where you can hang out with your fellow graduates, and support one another.
