Running in the rain CR13

Well perhaps I am a runner I went out into the pouring rain because I didn’t want to miss my morning run. It wasn’t cold so I left my phone behind and relied on my little iPod shuffle for my usual play list. I love running to ‘Reverand and the Makers’ . Best advice I got for this was to wear a peaked cap, this kept the rain off my face. Rain for 36 mins and I loved 33 of it, made 5.28km. Recommend running in the rain it was great fun definitely do it again.

Great effort. I always feel you need to try every weather condition at least once, it is amazing how what seems miserable when sitting inside becomes enjoyable once you are out. Suddenly we get a different perspective on the weather. Happy running 🤗

I’m with you June. I was so excited to see it raining yesterday morning when I was getting ready to go out for my weekly 10k. I was rushing around the house in case it tailed off and I missed it - I didn’t and I had a fabulous run! 👏🏃‍♀️👏

I wonder how many other people apart from runners welcome the rain! 💦🏃‍♀️🏃💦
