Graduated 2 months ago, been running 30 mins 3 times a week since. I’ve just started to mix up the runs with some interval training and some slightly longer ones. I’ve also started doing NHS Strength and Flex - am on week 2. It’s a great addition, I can feel the benefits. What’s more, I finally seem to losing some weight- it’s hard to be sure as our scales are broken, but my clothes seem to hang a little more.
How’s everyone else doing?

Great effort with all those runs and strength and flex- it's a great set of exercises. Ignore the weight go on the fit of clothes - far more relevant so you are obviously heading in the right direction. Happy running 🤗
Hi Foxglove. Sounds like you're doing well. Interesting to hear about you doing Strength & Flex - I've been meaning to try that for ages. Is it an actual programme?
I'm now running for 50 mins once a week plus 2 shorter runs, one of them intervals. 55 minute run next week! I haven't lost any weight at all so if S&F helps then I'm definitely up for that!!!
Go you.. many of us used that in conjunction with the C25K programme... and there are loads of other ideas for exercises on some of your rest days, on the Strength and Flex forum
