So I’m now at the end of week 3 of Juju’s magic 10km plan, and another record in the bag. Longest run yet at 7km this morning, feeling great about it. I’m actually finding these longer runs really comfortable, not suffering with ‘toxic 10‘, like I do on some of my shorter runs.
One bit of advice I’m after, should I be sticking to 3 runs a week on the plan? I like to run alternate days, so I’ve done 4 this week. 1x4km, 2x5km and then today’s 7km. Will be back to 3 runs next week.

Well done. I think it’s up to you if you do a 4th run. I occasionally do 4 but usually try to stick to 3 and have an extra day off before my long run. Just see how you feel.
Well done on 7k. I have been running alternate days since about week 3 of c25k last august - 7 days a fortnight. General rule is dont run consecutive days for a year. Happy running 🤗
