Yesterday was an emotional day..feelng upset low angry n even had a cry. But i thought no...im still going to run. And I did ...my longest dustance yet 7km !! 😁
I increased my time target by 5 minuutes upto 50 mins and when it was up I had achieved 5.sonething km. I was feeling ok and so kept running and then had reached 6km. I thought go on just do 1 km more and i did.
7 km in 1 hr and 5 mins ....so so proud it must have been my angst driving me ! Though my right knee niggled me right at end so will keep it justvto 3 x 30 mins this week !!

Great run Katkins27. I feel your angst and emotion. You did really well. Sometimes good runs take us by surprise. Just had one of those myself today. I ran 6 k in 50 but 7 k sounds so much better. Fantastic achievement. Hope you have a better week😍
