Ok. Be glad when life is back to normal if ever. Really missing my Park runs. Also need a chiropractor as I need a straighten up, my hip is slightly out, so my running is not brilliant. ( job related injury, manual handling). Hope it will sort. It’s self out. Hope your all ok.

I’m good thx. Had some maintenance sports massage for my legs yesterday, it was booked pre covid and they just opened this week. Careful with the hip, my back is similar, got the back of an old old nurse!! I didn’t think I was massively into Parkrun as I prefer to run alone but really missing it now!! Used to marshall a lot which is great fun. Fingers crossed it’s back sooner rather than too much later. Let’s hope for normal.. it’ll be a new normal tho I guess. Take care and safe running 🏃🏻‍♀️
