If you haven't seen this yet, I urge you to spend a few minutes of your time watching it (well, 12 mins 35 sec to be precise!)
It was made in collaboration with The Running Charity, who support the mental wellbeing of 16-25 year olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
It is a moving testament to the restorative power of running and the impact it can have on our mental health. How running can change our lives. It moves me to tears... because I "get it" and I think folk on here will too.
Contributors include Jo Pavey, Sophie Raworth, Paul Sinton-Hewitt (Mr Parkrun!), Bryony Gordon and Vassos Alexander.
Remember some of their words on your next run.๐
Wow. Thank you so much for sharing this, itโs brilliant. I watched it when I was in two minds about going for a run . Guess what Iโm putting my trainers on. Beautiful scenery, a very powerful message and as you say a great poem at the end ๐๐ผ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐พโโ๏ธ
