Hey, Buddy34 I did it! I skipped past, not one but three, ponytails this morning. Ashamed to say, it felt quite good. 🤭

I'll have to fuel more runs with prosecco if it results in new PBs!

Ponytails are those young gazelles that spring past you in full makeup and all the gear, without even breaking sweat. I've previously threatened to trip them up and cut their perfectly coiffuered ponytails off.

And prosecco? Well, that's just prosecco 😉

😂I have a pony tail, but your description didn’t fit me. My pony tail is wild, rather than coiffured, I am 61, so not young and I certainly don’t spring along, overtaking people!!! I think you would have no trouble at all passing me! 😂😂😂

Brilliant run. Well done. I try to avoid alcohol the night before a run but maybe that’s a mistake 😂
