I went out this afternoon for a 8k negative split training run, but I just felt so good and when I got to 8k (to paraphrase Forest Gump) I just kept going.
Really, really pleased. π€π€π€ first time to run 10k in 10 years. I hadnβt run for about 8 years and only graduated from c25k in November.
