So this morning I decided I'd go and run. I kind of had an idea of my route but had decided I'd just run. I put my timer on for 15 minute intervals and my Strava but no trying involved - trying to run further/faster etc. I was going to concentrate on my form. I had my podcast going, earplugs in. Just before my first 15 minute timer went off my podcast gave up the ghost which wasn't great but hey! I'd try and enjoy the great outdoors without it. And I did! I made up my route as I went along and looked around me all the while remembering what the YouTube running form video had told me. Trying to bring my heels up was hard - my thighs were working hard and sometimes/ most of the time it lapsed. And this breathing deep through the nose and OUT through the nose - well that is just plain difficult but with no pressure I ran for 45 minutes and can really say I enjoyed it 🤭 Let's hope my knees did! Feeling good. Porridge then Yoga with Adriene to stretch off. Shower.....now the gardening 🥴

Sounds like a great run and you enjoyed it which is the main thing. Your right the nose breathing when running is hard , I can do it sometimes but not on a full run .
Great photo😊😊

Especially on a beautiful day like today! 😎
I can't run and breath through my nose! It's hard enough getting enough air in and out through my mouth
