Good Morning from the UK! I used to post on this forum all the time when I was doing Couch to 5k, which was well over a year ago. I've still been running and just enjoying the process. I thought I would just document my latest achievements. I ran 10k yesterday despite the torrential rain! I haven't been following a particular program as I enjoy letting my body go as far as it wants to on a given day. My goal is to run 10k comfortably in 1 hour. How is everyone else finding it?
The COVID pandemic is really tragic and wouldn't want to downplay that for a second. However, a slight benefit is that the roads are quieter and I love running outdoors much more.

That’s good you’re still running. I’m enjoying quieter roads too and the opportunity to explore. Also I’ve got time to do a low heart rate zones training plan which i wouldn’t have time to do usually. It’s just a shame that there’s so much tragedy alongside.
Hi welcome back. Well done on your 10k yesterday. Quieter roads certainly make a massive difference, especially to allow crossing them for social distancing 🤣🤣 You need to go grab yourself a lovely shiny 10k badge. Great way to start a new month. Happy running 🤗
Well done on your 10K. I have not ran 10K in a couple of months. I was supposed to be running a 10K night run in Dublin last Sunday night. But it was cancelled so I stopped training for it. But I can feel my endurance slipping a little on my 5K runs so I’m going to start training for 10K again. I’ll do a couple of nice easy 7K’s this week.
