Graduated 15 days ago... still on consolidation runs not keeping record of all of them but doing about 2/3 5k runs a week (sometimes forget to start my app so loose track of how many exactly!)
Still finding them a challenge but I guess early days still?

I assume that you graduated from C25K 15 days ago, this is the Bridge 210K forum, if you have not told the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K tell them now so that you can get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE next to your username. If you already have, congratulations 🎊 😊 🏃 🎓.
You won't see the word Graduate next to your username on this B210K form, go to the Healthunlocked C25K home page, tap or click the link of C25K, then you will see the word Graduate next to your username. 😊
Congrats! Yeah it is still early days. Consistency in training will pay off in a big way and it will get easier with time as your aerobic efficiency increases so just enjoy it.
If you’ve graduated C25K actually running 5K in 30 minutes, you’re well ahead of the curve. So well done, take your time over consolidation, and (assuming you want to) start making your way over the Bridge when you’re ready.
Since graduating from C25K I have been running until I reach 5 k which I’m currently managing in 37-39 mins probably why I’m finding it tricky as am running for longer than I was in the programme
I did the same as you for a couple of weeks and it felt tough and tiring...then decided on 1x5K and 2x30 minute runs a week and that suited me better. I was a little faster at the 5K doing that as I wasn't so shattered...and once I got home after 5K and felt I could've gone further then that's when I started Juju's magic 10K/time plan. You're doing well, enjoy it 👍😀
