It was new route time today and it was brilliant. I new exactly where to run as had only been in the car this way before. A bit tough as a few extra hills on the way but nice all the same , and the sun was out and the first time I've done two 10ks in a row (friday, today).
Happy Sunday VRB's ππ

Good to hear from you that you have ran two 10Ks within 48 hours, congratulations, nice photos, especially that sculpture, I thought at first it was the one at Drumpelliier, no, it's at another part of Airdrie, yesterday I ran my 6th virtual 5K parkrun at 9.30 am.
Thank you, big temperature drop and rain showers so that should help, at least keep others at home if I opt for a popular walking route. One route I was going to do was through UHI campus but I see theyβve set up a Covid test centre there so Iβll have to check if I can skirt round alternative paths to stay away from this awful virus. Mother in law tested positive yesterday- now double checking whole care home π’
Impressive stuff Buddy running 2 x 10k so close together, well done.
Amazing photoβs, that Skytower sculpture looks amazing.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
Great run buddy, love the sculptures alongside nature ππ
That is a really lovely post. Back to back 10k's...running where you used to go by car...new routes and hills. Golly, that is the power of running and adventure together. Well done Buddy π
You are really running and running on, 2x10kβs is loads, i canβt wait til i can do that well done and itβs good to lose yourself in a run for a while
Iβm currently reading Eat Drink Run and finding a lot of it incredibly boring and then she ran 10k and I squealed with laughter and couldnβt stop giggling for ages, I canβt wait til she gets to her marathon which she is training for
I'm not really into reading books but someone suggested Running like a girl and I loved it. The way it was written I could actually imagine being thereπ
