As a C25k graduate from one year ago almost to the day, I felt I must comment on how good it is to see so many people who are not working currently, choosing to go out running. My husband being one of them (albeit he is still currently working). He has taken up the C25k challenge recently and Iβm so pleased to see up to around 20 people throughout the day go past our street which is en route to a nice few fields which are great to run around. Itβs a great way of reducing stress, taking advantage of free time and the good weather. Thereβs so much to see out there at this time of year. I think a major obstacle for a lot of people who would love to run is the time to do it; and now they have it, thereβs no stopping them. I just want to say to everyone whoβs getting out there - well done - you can do it! π ππ»ββοΈ
