Is doing bridge to 10k similar to couch to 5k? In terms of running for so many minutes then walking then running?
I’ve nearly completed couch to 5k and looking at building up to 10k.

Once you have completed and graduated from C25K,( I wish you luck for that), you will run a few 30 minutes consolidation runs, after that you can do the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura, pace, speed and stamina then try Ju Ju's Magic 10, that is a course a bit like C25K, gradually increasing distance to 10K.
It's a great plan and when you are ready, head to the forum there. No walk breaks but still 3 runs a week. There is no voice coaching as in C25k but I recommend it.
That’s what I’m worried about. I’m used to having Jo Wiley talk to me. I need to find a podcast.
Podcasts or music. You'll be ready though. I like to run without anything.
