Ist week of 3 runs completed

well me and my daughter embarked on to the 10k and to say the 1st was a struggle was an understatement, well that was what we thought. The 2nd run we had to do 3 times as I could not physically do it. One of them I couldn't run for 20 minutes . Was a bit concerned as we all know a covid 19 symptom is shortening of breathe , however I had no other symptoms.

However managed to finish run 2 a couple of days ago and this morning absolutely smashed run 3 and felt like Mo Farrah 🤣🤣🤣.

Not fast pace but its of no concern , just want to make the distance
