Lockdown positive

With no other distracting activities to do outside the house, I've managed 5+k three times a week regularly for the last three weeks. For me that's a lockdown positive! And I really want to achieve a new pb at Parkrun when it resumes, so I've been trying to do some interval training to improve my times. Couldn't work out how to get Strava to tell me when to speed up and slow down (is there a way?) so had a sudden brainwave. I'm using the C25k app as my intervals. Week 1 exhausting but seems to be working. Anyone got any other ideas?

Well done! I think you can download a Nike App and they do interval training runs. 😀

This is great - well done!

I don't think Strava can do it, but you can get timer apps for your phone to set up running intervals, e.g.:
