Well I did the first run this morning. Decided to set a stop watch for 15 mins but carry on to do my usual just over 5k run. The stop watch was very helpful in keeping me running without stops until a few seconds before the alarm went off. After that did my usual run/walk for the rest of the route. Result was a better time than over the last few weeks (41mins) which is way off what the plan says. I was so pleased with myself I forgot to do the plank!
Next run in 2 days. I think 30 mins might be too hard but I’ll give it a try.
