After hardly getting out this week due to the heat I couldn’t resist a little trot around the park this lunchtime. It was just about 3.5k due to the fact I’ve got a ton of stuff to do before leaving on holiday to Devon tomorrow but at least I got out. It was still warm with quite a strong wind but not in any way like the blistering heat of the past few weeks. I should have gone really early this morning but this was one of those spur of the moment “lets squeeze a run in” decisions. I am hoping I can get back to some longer distances after the holiday as I feel I haven’t done that much since my 10k graduation run. Wishing you all a cool running weekend and a good running week 👍 🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️

There’s lots of nice running places down here. Whereabouts in Devon?
Near Maidencombe, yes I might just throw the running gear in the back of the car just in case Hope you are progressing a little now, I know it's no fun on the IC.
