Been naughty

Nice if cool morning so up early and out for a 5k. On return decided to clean another kitchen cupboard and spotted cake tins. That was all the encouragement I needed so willpower lost and made a sponge cake. Told the family they can have a treat this afternoon.

Well done. Gorgeous looking cake. Yum. We opened a box of chocolate covered Kimberly biscuits after lunch today. They were in the press since Christmas.

That looks so good 😊. Fortunately you’ve got family around you to help demolish it ! I queued at 3 shops on Friday before I found flour to make a lemon drizzle cake. I am sure it tasted all the better for that effort. 🍰
