VO2 max improving at last.

It's strange that despite several months of spin classes and getting fitter with a lower weight and heart rate my VO2 max hadn't changed.

However, after just 1 week of running it has improved by one point to 47

I wonder if that means Garmin watches are biased towards running - or there is a real improvment ?

Oh, well not complaining.

Time will tell... but if it’s moving in the right direction that’s gotta be good... in theory you’ll see the same results on the spin bike now.

I dont know if Garmin or any fitness gadgets are really accurate with VO2 . It's really a scientific measurement done under lab conditions with full mask and treadmill. But it definitely gives a reasonable reading for the amateur.
