Went out for my week 6 30 minute run of the Magic 10 with my dodgy ankle. I managed it ok, a little discomfort at times but nothing major. Spoke to a nurse friend last night (as you do) - this lockdown has some advantages- you get to seriously catch up with people. I digress - she is also on the IC with a bad lower back. She suggested ice and heat for me and I suggested Constructive Rest Position for her. So here I am with the wheatie bag on my ankle eating my porridge. Exercises done, foam rolling done - more to be done along with heel raises throughout the day. Thanks for your input everyone on how to keep me off the IC - much appreciated.

As I’ve just said to Granspeed we have to take extra care of our dodgy bits 🙄
Lucky you having a nurse you can call 🙂
