To everyone who normally does park run , hope you can find somewhere else to run today. Stay strong and safe everyone and hopefully we will be able to park run again in the not too distant future πŸ‘πŸΌ

I hope no one goes to the place that parkruns are held, in Scotland parkruns are at 9.30. This morning at that time as part of the Vitality Running World Cup I will be running a 5K on my own on a course near to where I live.

Hi Raspberrypink, just come back from my "virtual parkrun " a 5K run around a course near to where I live, I saw another 23 runners, my time was 33.21, that compares with 33.58 at last weeks actual parkrun, that is another 5K added to my total for the Vitality World Running Cup.

That’s great. Well done. I managed 4 miles but the last mile was tough! Hopefully we will get through to the next stage 🀞🏼

Yes I hope so too, that time of 33.21 was my fastest 5K time of this year, the previous 3 being run at parkruns being 33.30, 33.38 and 33.58, I am quite happy to consistently get a sub 35 minute 5K. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ

That’s great. Well done on your fastest 5k this year. Sub 35 minutes is a good time. πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ

Thanks, sub 30 minutes is even better, but I don't have a chance in a 100 years on achieving that. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ
