Question for you all I been running for a few months and I just noticed that I have only run three times without music 🎧 and I run my fastest times 🤔 so is this just a coincidence

I know that I am more aware of my running without music, what my feet are doing, cadence, etc but after years of preferring music I recently discovered that I think I prefer running without. I haven’t noticed a significant difference with pace.

It might make a difference what type of music you run to. Obviously faster paced, more intense sounds would probably make you run faster.
