Dry today but the winds were strong and they were in front and at the side but not once did it think of going to my back to help me alongπ€£.
Been adding a new part to the run route as I like to try new places . It was made a few years ago now for walking etc , there is a lot of dog walkers use it and a few of the people that use it have one of those dog walking businesses. Two ladies were in front with about 10 dogs and they seen me and moved all the dogs onto the grass and kept them interested with treats until I went by which was thoughtful. Shower now then out for my dog walk. Have a great day runners πββοΈπββοΈπ¬π¬ππ

10 dogs, my goodness, nevertheless they let you pass, I notice now after your run this morning that you are at No. 4 on the Vitality World Running Cup Healthunlocked team list with 47.20 kilometers ran, however, as you admit, that might be incorrect due to that doubleling up of your times.
This morning I ran exactly 6.53 km getting my total kilometers to exactly 20 for the HU. GB team, that run when I last looked at the list got me to number 47, of course that position changes all the time. π ππΎ.
Sounds like a nice e route with considerate dog walkers. Certainly very wind. Just back from a 3 Β½walk with a group of friends in the cairngorm. Glorious sunshine with snow showers and high winds. A9 completely white for long stretch home. Typical spring day in the highlands π€£π€£ π€
