Well nice surprise the weekend my son come to visit so we both went yesterday for a little run because he can’t run far so he said and very fast so we decided 3.5k run 🏃‍♂️ then he started pushing the pace lol 😂 so I slow down you going to fast 1st km 7.20 and the 2end 7.10 and the 3rd 6.30 so I managed to keep up then I passed him because he started walking 🚶‍♀️ then we were about to enter the village where we live and who passes me my son can’t let a old man beat see you in the house 😂🤣😂🤣

Thanks Debston .Think he’s still to competitive he’s 27 and I am 54 years young lol and still think I can race with someone half my age 😂🤣😂🤣

It was hard work to be honest he said I want do 5k but think he was fibbing lol 😂 if he slowed down a little he would have done 5k easy

I know what you mean. My 16 year son has only 2 speeds...stop and go 🤣
