🍏 PB 🥳

The Sun was casting its magical glow over a very calm sea as I set off to do a 5K run this morning. A light breeze energised a slightly better pace & good hydration kept the legs feeling light. A couple of bunnies came out to say good morning, but the goldfinches were too busy feeding on some wildflower seeds, to notice me go by.

Yippee a personal best, time wise this year! I may even do a few planks to celebrate 🤣

Love it! Reckon we should start the plonk challenge. I really find the planks hard but determine to keep working on them. Going to try another 30 sec tonight... 😭😭😭.

I did and felt nice and relaxed in the evening, but it wasn’t all running a lot of it was walking but can steam up that hill without stopping whereas last year we puffed and panted and stopped a couple of times to catch our breath

At least we see the sun even if it's just for half a day it's a start.

That pair of swans have been there for a while , there is also ducks and now and again a Herron.

Where I live we get a visit from a woodpecker now and again. I love seeing all kinds of animals🦢🦢
