After work jog

I'm trying to get back into the swing of things by jogging right after work.

I forgot what a stress reliever it is after putting in overtime. Still doing intervals but I'm determined to get back into it.

I prefer jogging outside vs the dreadmil at the gym. Outside is so refreshing :)

Good for you, nice to hear from you that you enjoyed your run today after work, better outside than on the dreadmill, the threadmill is not all dreadful 😉

Embracing the seasons makes for interesting & very special runs! Intervals are great if it keeps you out there running. Enjoy! 😊

Well done getting back to it. I do all my running outdoors and after work. For me, the best thing is that I'm no longer doing it in pitch darkness.
