After all the running in torrential rain, gusty winds and snow today it was beautiful and sunny and felt warm on running.

Nice day so I ran 10k to make the most of it. Hope we get more . Happy running people πŸ€—πŸ€—

Fantastic that you got your 10k in the sun. Such a difference. I was slipping on ice yesterday, not nice.

Sounds lovely! I wish I had waited until today instead of running in hail yesterday!! What a difference a day makes! 😊

Well done to Buddy34 on completing that 10K in today's lovely sunshine, a change on running in the gales and rain. We should get a bit more sunshine soon although when I came back from my 8 Kilometre walk up the West Highland Way this afternoon it began to snow, that is why I only ran 3 kilometres this morning instead of the 50 minute run I was due to do today, that will be next Wednesday.

YipπŸ‘Did you know that every year around mid summer there is a ultra marathon up the West Highland Way from Milngavie to Fort William, they start the run at the pedestrian underpass near Milngavie Station around midnight and run the 95 miles, there are a few short breaks, but not too many for the runners.

If you want to run it, this year its on Saturday 20th June.

🀣🀣dont think I'm quite up to 95 miles yet

No, neither am I, still, its a nice walk up it to Craigallion Loch, there is a YouTube Video with the title

"The West Highland Way race flyover"(5.45 ")it gives you a idea on how long and far the runners have to go on that Ultra Marathon.

Its strange at first for a while then you just get used to it. Do you listen to music when running. Nothing like a great playlist😊

Yes always got music 🎧 but not a big fan I listen to most music funny really when I was doing c25k I would count up the songs as I was running πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ listening to about 7 tracks must about 24 into my run lol

After posting that you should've seen the snow we had last night but thankfully it's nearly all away.

What else? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

It's just stopped raining /sleeting / hailing, so I'll nip out now for a run while its lunchtime and the skies are blue 😁

Aah Buddy you are great πŸ˜† & sounds like an excellent run! Great distance too🎈πŸ₯°

I felt very heavy & lethargic (jet lag) so did a 4K walk along the beach with my hubby. Hope to run in the morning!
