It's a warm sunny day here where I am in Scotland, we were supposed to have some rain as reported but we've not had much at all.

So first 10k done for May and this run was for you Hidden as you were in my thoughts when running 🥰

Great effort in the sun, I got caught out by the heat today😂. Great to get that 1st 10k of the month ticked off. Happy running 🤗

Still trying to figure out what water thing to buy as I really don't want to hold anything in my hand🌞

Have you tried one of those back pack bladder things? I used to use one walking but didn't like the plastic taste. I guess I'm lucky as can cope with a large glass of water on my way out the door and another waiting my return. Do you have a partner who could stand at a strategic point as a watering station🥴

That's what I've been looking at will make my mind up or like you say just continue what I'm doing now as I drink usually 2-3 litres a day but when its warm it's more. I'm just one of those people who sweat a lot when running as I've already got a small sweating problem when not running. 😊

I have one of those problems - its called menopause that's decided to resurface as the weather improves 🤣🤣

I've had this as long as I can remember, when I left school I worked in Lee's factory (snowballs, macaroon etc and I remembered having it then . Just something you learn to live with . 😊
