Does an ocean swim or building sandcastles on Miami South Beach count? 🤣 Wonderful memory day with the family.

It’s Wednesday & run day for me. High humidity &

27deg C force a short slow run 🏃‍♀️ with a rewarding swim in the pool & ice cold Florida orange juice.

This will all be a distant memory next week but yippee, the runs will continue, albeit in the rain☔️

Accepted an offer a fortnight ago so move out and leave my new found love of hills at the end of April. Just packing case to head down to give help/support to mummy to be. Flat running for the next wee bit, glad I got my long hilly run in this morning.

Oh how lovely- blue sky and swimming in the sea . It is not only good cross training but fantastic for the soul. You enjoy it away from the storms while you can.

Well that’s a coincidence, we just had a week there, lovely, now in middle of lake in Panama Canal en route to Pacific, just run on that fantastic beachside track, runs north fromMiami Beach quite a way, I’ve only seen more runners at our Parkrun in Newbury. Have a great time!
