The English winter got too much so Mrs HF and I overcame flygskam and have come to Alicante for a week.
It’s a super resort. The locals are dressed like it’s the Antarctic but it’s mild for us Brits.
In remembrance of today’s missed Parkrun I donned running gear and ran up and down the Esplanade. Not far but it gave my bellyful of wine, beer, fried fish and chocolate with churros a shock (stuff I would normally not touch with a barge pole).
