Get your gait checked, take the time make the effort it's worth it. Oh and then like a car make sure your contact points on the ground are up to the task.
The staff in proper running/sports shops don't want to sell you something that's incorrect or expensive, most of them work in the industry because they run or keep fit themselves. They even offer returns or exchanges even if used and the footwear isn't working for you..... Sometimes anyone can have a blip.
Wales was spring-like even slithers of blue skies, yep albeit double layered 2 tops, the tights disposed of, just a buff to keep the sweat out of my eyes (and it reassures me I'm not gonna lose my glasses in the canal π€

Haha I should've looked harder for the muddy puddles π but mysteriously, even with the weather being as mucky as it has been even the towpaths where normally they'd be muddy and littered with puddles..... There were non π€
I had a gait analysis done recently, really pleased I did and brought myself a new pair of running shoes which have made my running much more comfortable π
Well done. Completely agree with the gait analysis. Well worth doing. And for that reason alone, I was happy to give my custom to the shop, rather than looking for a cheaper internet deal.

Totally agree mig, the internet has its advantages but it can't touch good old fashioned customer service.
