About to go out for my first night run , 5k. Dreading it. Am such a morning person. Thought I’d post on here as I’m more likely to go if I’ve said it out there 😀

Other than Sunday morning long runs and Saturday morning parkruns I prefer running in the evening after work. Midweek anyway.

Just love night runs. Everything looks so different and it's so peaceful. Still looking forward to light nights, though!

Well done! It’s a good tactic. I put on Facebook I’d started C25K as I knew otherwise I’d not finish. That was 21 months ago!! Hope it went well.
