Running with a stent

Any tips for running safely after a stent. I had a stent 12 years ago and am on wk 9 of couch to 5k. I carry GNT spray and aspirine.

I don’t believe that there is anyone here on this forum who is qualified or knowledgeable on your particular case to offer you any advice. I think you would be best to see your doctor. Good luck.

Hi dhmdecor ...I personally haven't seen or heard anyone else on here with the same condition as you but maybe now you've asked the question we might find that there are others who can let you know how they get on and offer their own personal advice but I think speaking to your GP would be your best route for advice...thank you for introducing yourself and good luck with your imminent graduation run x
