Hill Sprints

Does anyone have any good podcasts/audio files they can recommend to me for doing Hill Sprints?

As I'm surrounded by hills I thought I'd look to include them in my training instead of constantly trying to avoid them.

I tried a YouTube clip today (first one I found) which was 10seconds sprint, 50second cool down walk. It worked well for me except there was no warning as to when to start/stop, just a beep so I wasn't always ready and prepared to run.

Thanks 👍
