Another morning where i got up and got out 👊🏻 my pledge to the quest has given me some motivation it seems. I was fully expecting to get wet as the forecast said rain through the early hours, but it was dry and quite warm considering it was 630! Changed route again - i like to mix it up and experiment, still ended up in the park just opposite side. I conquered the hill i like to call the beast I have only ever run down it but i fancied a challenge this morning. It is short but steep and i ran all the way up (at a 🐌 pace) so proud of me!
Not my fastest ever 5k but i did not set out to run a PB - and had to remind myself that running slower is fine, caution over speed for slippery park conditions - so i am going to enjoy the moment and carry on
happy running everyone x

Well done alisonx , sounds like you’ve absolutely nailed this run...and tackled the beast in the process! Snail pace or whippet pace, YOUR pace is what has worked for you...you found it and you stuck to it...brilliantly done!
Yaaay Alison! A morning runner!🤩 Getting out before the world starts moving in full flow. 🤓 Good on you for conquering ‘the beast’! Sounds like the perfect run. Brilliant! 😁❤️
