A bit if advice needed as regards skipping.

Is this a bad cross training activity (still impact on the legs, ankles, knees) or is it good for non run days ?

It’s really bad for me... I can’t do it 🤣

It’s high impact so could be bad... not sure on wether the totally different leg action would make it ok

😂ok thanks

I just thought it's easy cross training without actually going anywhere

Hopefully someone will be able to give you a more definitive answer.

Good question! Skipping is so good for cardio but I suppose it is quite high impact and repetitive. Perhaps ensure you use good support trainers and maybe skip on grass or soft surface? I expect someone else will give a more detailed reply.
