Pause for thought

Running C25k+stamina this morning I just had to pause to take a couple of pics of a beautiful rainbow. I forgot though what it meant and got soaked a few minutes later😂. Thing was I just couldn’t get going properly again and couldn’t wait to get to the end of the run, quite unusual for me as I’m often quite happy to run a bit further (never too much further as I find 5k enough). I guess it’s not a good idea to stop part way through?
