So, as I begin to make the transition from trail to pavement, I welcomed the latest arrival to Chez sTrongFuse.

Having already done my running for today, and tomorrow being a rest day, I'm actually a wee bit upset that I'm not going to get to give them their Maiden run until Monday, but at least I get to see them pristine for that little bit longer...

Maybe you should break a bottle of champagne over them before their maiden voyage : ) better yet...drink it !

I thought when I saw the headline "new arrival" that someone had given birth, of course new shoes to a runner is just as important or more important than having a baby, especially to men runners, a close second to a lady.

Those are lovely shoes, I hope your maiden run in them will be very comfortable. 😊 🏃 L

You could walk around in them on your rest day to break them in before running in them. It’s always advisable to do that before a run
