How are people feeling about completing Week 2 of the Juju plan! And more importantly, what treat did you reward yourself with? My treat this week was a new running top (with short sleeves) to see me through autumn/winter. I like the GAP active range, really good quality materials, and with 30% off this was a bargain!
What did you choose as your TREAT?

I've enjoyed Week 2 very much - it's been really good. My treat was a Crab sandwich in a lovely café that I like, and it was delicious! Your treat looks really great! Nice that you had a bargain as well. Really good.
I enjoyed this week. 39 minutes on the beautiful river Thames in the morning- and I’m not usually a morning runner. My treat was a very large bag of popcorn in the cinema tonight and ordered a new running cap for when the rain comes.
Popcorn yay! Was it salty or sweet or a mix of both, I can never decide when it comes to popcorn. Lovely treat! Great idea to get a running cap too. This last week has been all about getting ready for autumn/winter, it's been getting me down a little
That top looks lovely. I didn’t have a great week as I wasn’t well and ended up with a sore achilles and a bad shin in the opposite leg! I managed two of the runs but not the long one. I also did a yoga class so the week wasn’t a complete disaster. I haven’t run since Thursday but I saw my Dr today and he said I was fine to run now so that’s good.
I haven’t missed a run since I started 13 weeks ago so I haven’t stressed about it. I just want to be careful so I actually don’t injure myself.
I still had a treat though, in fact I had two!! Radox muscle soak and I made a massive rhubarb crumble. Probably enough for 12 people. 🤣. Lots in the freezer now for the coming weeks.
Glad you're feeling a bit better Hidden - I love a Radox muscle soak, that is my idea of bliss. Thanks for reminding me of such a great treat! I like the sound of the massive Rhubarb Crumble too. Yum!
Hey Rainbow, sorry you were not feeling 100% to do your runs. It's wise to give yourself a week off (or a few days break) now and again as it saves you from crashing and burning. It also allows you to rejuvenate and come back fresh for running some more. I'm glad you've been given the OK, but take it easy as you are right, you want to remain injury free. Radox muscle soak sounds awesome, they work so well as they are aromatic too. Rhubarb crumble, oh my god, i'm coming over! xx
