Another consolidation run under my belt.

A very enjoyable run this morning from Hawsker toward Whitby Abbey. I didn’t try to blitz it as last time where I managed a pb of 9’ 22” (but ran out of puff and gave up after 2 miles). Today was 3.23 miles @ 10’ 57”.

I prefer the running to trying to better my times. But if I find I’ve knocked a few seconds off or run a little further - well that’s a bonus.

As a pacemaker/timekeeper, I listened to Sanjeev Kohli on the last run of C25K for a change and interestingly, the app automatically started playing music from my phone. When I was completing the app before, I listened to the lovely Sarah Millican and no music ever played?

Perfect weather for running today absolutely loved it. Now looking forward to Dalby Forest Parkrun this weekend.

I’m hooked!

Well done Birker - this consolidation lark has lots of possibilities doesn’t it?! Enjoy your Parkrun on Saturday - don’t forget your barcode!
