Shopping for sport stuff 🤗

Ooh ! I bought some new running gear today!! Never thought I would get excited about buying stuff in a sports shop 😂. Came out with my own lightweight running jacket (no need to borrow hubby’s huge cycling one anymore), a running belt with space for a bottle and some very light gloves for the winter.

Next month I will treat myself to gait analysis and hopefully a new pair of shoes!

Happy running everyone!

Good to hear from you that you have been shopping in a sports shop, one thing at a time, I also bought a running cap and belt before I started parkruns, I got a gait analysis and bought new shoes then I ran my first parkrun.

I was shopping today too! A new hi vis running jacket now it’s starting to get darker earlier and some compression socks to try. Want to see if they help with fatigue.

There’s no park run around here for me to try. I would love to give it a go 😩
