Furthest from home so far, my 6th parkrun was the main Cambridge run at Milton Park. Very flat, lovely park around the lakes, lots of people, very friendly (fast runners encouraging me as they lap me). Beautiful weather, but got pretty warm in the sun by the end.
Run went well, with another personal best. Each week I think I was slower than the last, and yet shave a few more seconds off my time. I’m not trying to go faster; I guess I’m just getter slightly fitter each run.
I hope everyone else is having a great weekend.

What a long starting line Charliemouse, although I see there are are time zones which must help. Every parkrun seems to have little things that are different. It took us a minute to get to the start of ours yesterday but fortunately I wasn’t worried about my time this week.
It does look lovely. Well done on your PB - I always think other parkruns seem longer than my home one. It’s probably because you get to know your own landmarks.
