Pretty sure I just found the Magic!!

Just had the most fantastic run. For the first time in my 12 weeks of running I can honestly say I enjoyed it and not because it was over, I actually enjoyed running! 😊

Everything was right, it was cool out, my breathing was perfect the whole time and I didn’t feel nauseous at all which I always do around 25 mins.

I added a different route to my usual one and the hedges had been cut so no jumping on and off the pavement. Everything just went right.

This was my run one of what now seems to be week 3 as I did a longer run last week. So I ran 7k at a steady 7min/km and I honestly could have gone on to 8k as everything was so great but I decided to quit while I was ahead and avoid any possible injuries from over doing it.

I had an extended cool down walk but really wasn’t as hot or tired as usual. I wore a hat for the first time which I think helped keep me cool and also ensured I didn’t scare any small children or animals on my way back! 😂 Happy Days!

Enjoy your running everyone.

That's wonderful Rainbow, a good run is so thrilling...if you didn't have the bug before, you've definitely got it now 😁🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️.

I'm working through the time plan and just did my 50 min run, like you I'm finding staying at around a 7min/km seems to keep the breathing in check and give you confidence that you can make it.

Congrats on a great run 😊

Thanks and well done you too. Yes, I really did enjoy it today and finally understood why people like it.

Like you I’m happy just keeping it steady. Happy running. 😊

Thanks and sending some your way. It definitely was a revelation. I shall keep it in the memory bank and drag it out when needed! 😊

It’s just great when a run comes together like that. It makes up for the occasional bleh run. Well done.

Thanks so much. It really did feel great. I’ve never had a run like that before. I hope to have many more! 😊
